Dive Locations

Liveaboard in Andaman Sea

MV Deep Andaman Queen is a brand new liveaboard built in 2012.

She has a variety of cabin configurations to suit our guests’ requirement from quad, triple and twin shared standard cabins on the lower deck, to Deluxe Double bed and Twin beds cabins on the main deck.  Each cabin is air-conditioned with a private bathroom.  The Master cabin has one of the best panoramic ocean views of any liveaboard.

MV Deep Andaman Queen has now Colti Sub Nitrox membrane on board – unlimited Nitrox is available for every diver. MV Deep Andaman Queen has one of the largest dive platforms in South East Asia; this is the pride and joy of our boat. It consists of a very wide and spacious kitting-up area on two levels, a separate entry/exit platform, 2 exit ladders with 2 fresh water showers to rinse yourself or your equipment after diving. There are also 2 large buckets with fresh water for rinsing cameras, dive computers and torches.

Liveaboard Burma

The best way to discover the Mergui Archipelago region in Burma is by dive liveaboard. Join Deep Andaman Queen for the best diving in Burma. This area only opened in the late 1990s includes islands within the archipelago and the more well-known Burma Bank which lie outside the archipelago.

Very few places can offer such a feeling of adventure, days of diving Burma sites with no other divers or Burma dive boats to be seen around. Although the Mergui Archipelago is gaining popularity, the large remote area is likely to have you as the only divers on a particular dive in Burma. The huge advantage of diving with us is to avoid the crowds and allow you to dive Burma at your own pace and spend the time to enjoy the underwater marine life.

Liveaboard Diving Similan Islands

The Similan Islands is one of the Top Ten dive destinations in the world which you do not want to miss either as a scuba diver or a snorkeler. The Similan and Surin Islands National Park are only open from October 15 to May. These Islands are located off the West coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. The Islands have something for everyone at every age and ability. Shallow tropical coral reefs, soaring pinnacles, with massive coral gardens and a breeding ground for the Hawksbill turtle. The sheer diversity of the underwater world is amazing.

To explore the Islands we offer 5 days/4 nights or 6 days/5 nights trip with Deep Andaman Queen. All our diving trips are fully supervised by our experienced dive instructors.

Further North from Similan Islands are Richelieu Rock and the islands of Koh Bon. Koh Bon features shallow bays, walls, and ridges which offer a great location to watch manta rays and the whale sharks.

Richelieu Rock has a collection of pinnacles that form a crescent just north of the Surin Islands. This dive site is worth several dives as its far too big to be done in one or even 2 dives.  This is a great place to see the giant oceanic manta ray, stunning corals, unlimited macro and the largest fish in the sea – the whale shark, are both common sights here. The trip to the islands is something that will last in your memory forever.

Note: The Private charter for Christmas and New Year trips have no free cabin provided.

All prices shown are in Thai baht.
