Liveaboard Palau Aggressor II, sister ship to the liveaboard Palau Rock Island Aggressor, has been safely transporting divers to Palau’s mushroom-shaped rock islands for over 23 years. The liveaboard Palau Aggressor II’s luxurious accommodations are sure to please as she whisks divers to diverse marine environments such as: shark-infested channels, WWII wrecks and caves. Divers will be astounded at the sheer walls covered in lush soft corals and huge anemones and giant pelagics coursing through the nutrient rich currents on this incredible dive safari.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The liveaboard Palau Aggressor II, at 32 meter (106’ feet), was custom designed to transport divers in safety, comfort and stability. There are 11 English, Spanish and Pilipino speaking crew members who will wait attentively on a maximum of 18 guests. The 9 comfortable, spacious and air conditioned cabins on the liveaboard Palau Aggressor II include: 8 deluxe cabins with a queen and single bunk, one double cabin with a full and single bunk. Each liveaboard stateroom has extra storage and individual climate controls. All cabins are equipped with a private bathroom with hot water showers, closet, picture window, hair dryer, and individual temperature control.

Diving

PALAU AGGRESSOR II LIVEABOARD TIMES DIVES TO SEE THE BEST MARINE LIFE DURING EACH SEASON.

The four experienced and accommodating dive pros provide personalized attention to ensure everyone has the best possible dive experience.

December through March, guests on a dive safari on liveaboard Palau Aggressor II may see as many as 20 to 30 rays in the German Channel. February and March will be the time to see large schools of Moorish Idols, Unicorn Fish and several species of Butterfly Fish. All year round, the liveaboard Palau Aggressor II can lead divers to encounter massive bait balls of scad in and around Ulong and German Channel and on the reefs of Blue Corner and Siaes Corner. The jaw-dropping underwater scenery is incredible and includes mysterious blue holes, ancient wrecks, vast species of marine life, vibrant reefs and corals and gigantic gorgonians. This is a true dive safari as divers are sure to encounter their favorite marine life. A Mecca for underwater photographers, Palau diving will create many opportunities to capture stunning photos of the amazingly diverse macro critters.

DIVES ABOARD THE LIVEABOARD PALAU AGGRESSOR II ARE MADE FROM THE 18-PASSENGER DIVE SKIFF.

The skiff is lowered into the water by a hydraulic cradle. The seven-day liveaboard charters go from Sunday to Sunday with five and a half days of diving. Dives begin on Monday morning and end Saturday at noon. Guests will enjoy four dives a day with the opportunity for night dives on three evenings. There is plenty of room to store dive gear on the spacious deck of the mothership. For guests’ convenience, there is a battery charging station and warm water showers after each dive.

A LIVEABOARD DIVE SAFARI ON THE PALAU AGGRESSOR II WILL MEET AND EXCEED EXPECTATIONS AND DIVERS MAY PURSUE ADVANCING THEIR CERTIFICATION LEVEL.

Certification courses include: open water diver, skill improvement courses such as advanced open water diver, Nitrox certification.

Food on Board

LIVEABOARD PALAU AGGRESSOR II TAKES FEEDING THEIR GUESTS SERIOUSLY AS THEY UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF FUELING THEM FOR THEIR ACTION-PACKED DIVES.

A variety of plentiful foods include selections such as American food, BBQ and local cuisine. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with some advanced notice to the chef. Every morning will begin with fruit, hot entrees, cereals, and juices. Lunches will be served buffet-style, with hot soup, fresh baked breads, salads, and sandwiches and/or entrees. Every evening, dinners are freshly prepared by the chef and include salads, vegetables, beef, chicken, seafood, and homemade dessert. A selection of beverages is complimentary and includes juices, soft drinks, water, iced tea, coffee, and local beer and wine. Duty charged on liquor is very high in Palau so you are encouraged to bring your favorite alcohol. Remember that drinking and diving do not mix so drinking alcohol is only encouraged after diving is over for the day.

HOW TO GET THERE

Guests on the liveaboard Palau Aggressor II should arrive at the Koror (ROR) International Airport no later than Sunday early afternoon. Sunday evening guests will be greeted by a crew member. You will need to prebook your transfer to the yacht as there are no phones or taxis at the small airport. You may board the liveaboard Rock Islands Aggressor at any time after 4 pm on Sunday or any time up until Monday morning. The Rock Islands Aggressor docks at the Neco Marine (Malakai) Harbor in Palau and departs the dock between 06:00 – 06:30 on Monday morning
